I Don't Have a Presto Card 🙃
If you have misplaced your PRESTO card you will need to pay for a new one.
If you do not have a PRESTO card you can purchase one once you’ve selected your timetable for the next semester at your respective Mohawk campus:
- Fennell Campus – MSA Office (room G109)
- Stoney Creek Campus – MSA Office (room A125)
- IAHS Campus – MSA Office (room 112)
Follow along with the video above or follow the written steps below to redeem your voucher.
Step 1: Select Your Timetable
Log in to your MyMohawk account and click “Registration,” then click “Choose or change my timetable”.
Please wait 4 hours to receive your new voucher code for the new semester.
Open your Mohawk Email to access your voucher code. You can also find your code when you log in to your MyMohawk account under Campus Life.
Step 2: Bring your Own Presto Card / Purchase your Own Presto Card
Once you have a Presto card, you can continue the steps below.
If you don’t have a card, visit any MSA office to purchase a one:
- Fennell Campus: G109 or G103
- Stoney Creek Campus: A125
- IAHS Campus: Room 112
Step 3: Go to the PRESTO Website
Log into your account OR create your account using the “CREATE A NEW PRESTO ACCOUNT” option.
Write down your log in info so you don’t lose it.
Step 4: Add your card to your account (if setting up a new card)
Please go to “My Products,” and click “ADD A NEW CARD,” to add your PRESTO card to your account
Step 5: Redeem your voucher!
Make sure your PRESTO card is selected, click “My Products”.
Select “Redeem Voucher”.
Enter your code, and click “Submit”.
