Mental Health 🧠🌿
At the MSA, we know that taking care of your mental health and well-being plays an important role in your success at Mohawk College. We also know this can sometimes feel stressful and daunting.
But we’re here to let you know it doesn’t have to. We are here to help!
Our new Conversations mental health program, brought to you by Studentcare, works to provide you with the support, care, and resources you need.
If you are looking for more mental health resources, check out the Counselling Page on the College’s website.
The Canadian Mental Health Association is another great resource for information.
