I Don't Have a Presto Card 🙃
If you have misplaced your PRESTO card you will need to pay for a new one.
If you do not have a PRESTO card you can pick yours up once you’ve selected your timetable for the next semester at your respective Mohawk campus:
- Fennell Campus – MSA Office (room G109)
- Stoney Creek Campus – MSA Office (room A125)
- IAHS Campus – MSA Office (room 112)
Note: Access the PRESTO website through your web browser.
Step 1: Select Your Timetable
- Login to your MyMohawk account and click ‘Registration’.
- Then click ‘Choose or Change my Timetable’.
- Wait 4 – 12 hours to receive your NEW voucher code for the semester.
You will receive a new voucher code for each semester you are enrolled as a full-time student, however, you must keep your original PRESTO card.
Step 2: Access Your Voucher Code
- Your voucher code will be sent to your Mohawk email.
- You can also find your code on your MyMohawk account under the ‘Campus Life’ tab.
Step 3: Pick up a PRESTO Card (if you don’t have one) at your mSA Office
- Fennell Campus: G109 or G103
- Stoney Creek Campus: A125
- IAHS Campus: Room 112
Step 4: Go to www.prestocard.ca/en
- Login to your account OR create one using the ‘Create A NEW PRESTO ACCOUNT’ tab.
- Write down your login info so you don’t lose it.
Step 5: Add your card to your account (if setting up a new card)
- Go to ‘My Products’ and click ‘ADD A NEW CARD’.
Step 6: Redeem your voucher!
- Make sure your PRESTO card is selected, click ‘My Products’.
- Click ‘Redeem Voucher’.
- Enter your code, and hit ‘Submit’.
- Please wait 24 hours before using your card (it takes 24 hours for vouchers to activate).
