If you already have a PRESTO card, you can apply your voucher as soon as you receive the email with your code.

 

See the video below or follow the outlined steps to redeem your voucher. 

  • Select your timetable. 

  • Following this, an email, containing your voucher code, will be sent to your Mohawk email account. A copy of this code will also be posted on your MyMohawk account under the Campus Life tab (it may take up to four hours for the email with your code to be sent).

 

You will receive a new voucher code for each semester you are enrolled as a full-time student, however, you must keep your original PRESTO card.

step 2: redeem your voucher

  • While logged into the PRESTO website, ensure you have your PRESTO card selected

  • Click on the ‘Load’ tab.

  • Then select ‘REDEEM VOUCHER’. 

  • Type in your voucher code and click ‘Submit’.

  • You will need to wait 24 hours for your voucher to be active. Using your PRESTO card before the voucher has activated will result in a fare being charged to your account.
