Annual General Meeting
The Annual General Meeting (AGM) is held each year, as a requirement of being a Not-For-Profit Corporation.  All Mohawk College students are welcome to attend this meeting. Ordinary members of the Mohawk Students’ Association will participate by voting on a number of items including:

•    Minutes of the Previous AGM
•    Audited Financial Statements and Appointment of Auditors
•    Bylaw Changes

Ordinary Members are defined as full-time students enrolled in programs requiring payment of Mohawk Students’ Association ancillary fees.
Following the formal portion of the meeting, the MSA will host a Town Hall where students will be able to ask questions, share concerns and provide feedback to the MSA.
If a student cannot attend the Annual General Meeting, they may proxy their vote to someone who can attend.  Proxy forms are available in the MSA office at each campus until November 4th.
