Hi Marlin.

Are you considered a full-time student over the summer?
There is a fee associated with the bus pass for all full-time summer students. This fee would show up on your tuition receipt for the summer.
If you’ve paid the fee, you’re entitled to the pass.

Let me know if you need any clarification or still can’t figure out why you were denied.

I have a 98% course load and I was denied a sticker. Was fairly frustrating.

Hi Lily. Unfortunately, you have to be enrolled in the semester in order to get the pass.

Hi Stephanie…unfortunately, the HSR bus pass is directly linked to the fact that a student is enrolled (enrolled being the key word) in that semester.
If it were the choice of the MSA, we would make a summer pass available to students who completed in April and are coming back in Sept, but it’s out of our control.

Hi Elizabeth…you don’t need to pay anything else. It’s included in your fees (it’s a mandatory fee), so just go to The Square to get your sticker for the back of your student card!
